- Now, extend your right leg and whip your heel around toward the target like you're drawing a half-moon in the air.
- Finally, snap your foot forward and hit the target with the outside of your foot. Return to the starting position.
The Spinning Backfist
The spinning backfist is a powerful technique that comes from your backside, which can strike your opponent with immense power. Proper execution of the spinning backfist requires a lot of balance and coordination, along with a full rotation of your upper body. Here's how to perform the spinning backfist:
- Stand in a fighting stance with your left foot forward.
- Take a step forward with your right foot and pivot your body 180 degrees to face the opposite direction.
- As you turn, throw your right fist in a wide arc starting from behind you.
- When you finish the turn and face your opponent, snap your fist forward and aim for the target.
The Flying Kick
The Flying Kick is a dynamic and acrobatic technique that requires a strong level of athleticism. This kick is similar to a long-jump in the air, followed by a powerful strike. Proper execution of the Flying Kick requires a lot of practice and training. Here's how to perform the Flying Kick:
- Start in a running position and take a few steps forward.
- Push off from the ground using your plant foot and jump as far and high as possible, keeping your non-kick leg tucked-in toward your body.
- During the jump, extend your kicking leg and aim it at the target, performing a front kick or a sidekick.
- Finally, bring your kicking leg back down to the ground and return to the starting position.
