Alexander'slegacy,however,livedon.Hewasadmiredbyhistoriansandphilosophersthroughouttheages,includingtheRomanpoetVirgilandtheGermanphilosopherFriedrichNietzsche.Hismilitarytacticsandstrategyarestillstudiedandtaughtinmilitaryschoolsaroundtheworld,andhislegacycontinuestoinspiregenerationsofleadersandconquerors.
